Wow Iris is getting there!

Holy Crap! I actually was able to use it for more than 2 minutes without it crashing! And, I did some actual, real website browsing. Iris, keep it up!

Normally I applaud it when developers focus on improving the engine and core rather than a UI, but in this case, I must ask of the developers: Please, do at least a *minor* tweak of the UI, just make it a little nicer — it will go a long way towards getting people excited about this project. Which, I think I finally am.

And maybe working on the battery life? But overall it has potential

Some type of fatal flaw. Locks up on any website that doesn’t originate from bookmarks (ie – address is just typed into search box).

Version 1.1.5 was terrific. 1.1.6 is unusable.

IRIS: I need a quick fix.

Ok…crisis averted.

Version 1.1.6 up and running well. But, only after removed program completely and downloaded it from the website. (Thx Opera for the assist)

It appears the Update function didn’t work.

weird, i had no problem with the update…

1.1.6 has a major regression.
Like Mark A, noting major instabilitycompared with 1.1.5.
did not crash ever with the prior version; crashing every other session now.

Try the following:
(make sure you save all your work first)
navigate to http://www.miniclip.com
wait for the page to download
get the stylus ready
try anything on the phone (good luck, bu too late)
hit that reset button

Does anyone have the 1.1.5 version hosted somewhere?

Does it still crash after five minutes?
