Very fast. Stupid fast. I use SPB Mobile Shell 3.5, but I was super tempted to stick with Manila 2.1. I have tried out Manila 2.5 ('sense') and while it's quick and cool, the lack of landscape support makes it a bit annoying. I went to the XDA Rhodium ROM forum and clicked on OliNex's sticky thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=550131 I PM'd olinex with my IMEI and got the SIM/Security unlocker. (The built in, packaged HardSPL didn't work, so I went with the standalone one from the thread above) Then I simply went to town flashing the phone. I've tried out 3 ROMs so far.
